This is basically a S’more Pie with a homemade graham cracker crust, rather than one made from graham cracker crumbs. For the crust I used a graham cracker recipe and shaped it into the pan, baking it before I added the filling. I really like the S’more Pie recipe I followed, but I’m not totally sold on the Graham Cracker recipe. It’s a little too strong on the molasses side, while I prefer the light sweetness of honey. But go with what you like.
I made this recipe for our ward Pioneer Day Celebration. The pie was still warm when we arrived (I was too late for the pie judging) and people loved it.
